Breaded parasol mushrooms

Ingredients
mushroom parasol mushrooms
eggs
Flour
salt
sunflower oil
Breaded parasol mushrooms

Method
Several large deer cleaned without washing with water, tear into large pieces. Each piece is immersed in a dense mixture of eggs, flour, salt and water. Put it in hot sunflower oil and fry until golden. Becomes like a chicken schnitzel.

This is a great recipe, I might do for years. When attendees in the US found sponge-like roe - Portobello, a little thinner, but it is. And in Sofia I bought roe from female market ...

In the mixture to batter add ground black pepper. Water replace it with beer, at least to us more like this! Breaded parasol mushrooms have yummy, prefer them even before the steaks! :);)
