Mashed potatoes with bokvurst

Ingredients
8 bokvurst or other smoked sausage
700 g potatoes
4 tsp salt
700 ml milk
nutmeg
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
50 g butter

Method
Peel and wash potatoes, cut them into quarters, then boil them for about 30 minutes in slightly salted water. We heated the milk with the butter. Drain the potatoes and mash them with a fork or blend them with blender. Little by little, add the milk and stir into the potatoes until we get the desired consistency. Add salt and grated nutmeg. Cover mashed potatoes and leave in a warm place. two cutting sausages - in length. From the outside we light cuts. Put the pan in a little oil and fry them. Serve fried Sausage with mashed potatoes, sprinkled with a little fat from the pan.
