Maslenik - II type

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
250 g butter or pork lard
1 egg
20 g yeast
Method
Of flour, yeast and lukewarm water knead bread dough, which after the rise, divided into 4-5 balls. Dough balls taper of buns, which are immersed in the molten fat, stretched by hand and placed in an oiled tray, as between them sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese. Then expanded sheets are wound together into a roll, which stretches back into the tray smeared the top with egg yolk and bake in medium high heat.
