Ingredients
750 g minced meat
4 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) lard
1/2 cup (100 g) rice
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
Method
To the minced meat add two eggs, cooked rice and spices. The mixture was kneaded well and shaped into balls, which are immersed in the other two beaten eggs, rolled in breadcrumbs, again dipped in egg and fry in preheated oil.
