Meatballs with tomato sauce and roasted peppers
500 g minced meat
200 g tomatoes

Cut carrots and onions stifle ten minutes, then add to it chopped peppers into strips. Once the vegetables are saute add grated tomatoes and water. The mixture was allowed to boil for 15 minutes, followed by addition of minced meat formed of balls, boiled until cooked meatballs. Add salt, flour, broth and pepper. Shortly before the dish is removed from the heat and add the toasted flour dissolved in a little water to thicken the sauce. * The sauce becomes better if roasted peppers are jar from those sold in commercial networks because they are marinated and have a slightly sour taste, which reflects the sauce.
