Ingredients
300-400 g of cooked beans
2 onions
200 g tomatoes (maybe canned)
150-200 g ham
roasted peppers
olives
feta cheese
parsley
boiled beef tongue
sunflower oil
salt
vinegar
Method
Chop of crescents and together with the beans are placed at the bottom of a deep dish. Top rank diced ham, feta cheese and tomatoes. Side put roasted peppers and beef tongue. The salad is served decorated with parsley and olives. Taste optional.
