Ingredients
5 tbsp flour
400 ml cold milk
2 eggs
200 g feta cheese
100 g butter
salt
Method
In dry container Bake flour middle oven. The butter is melted and lightly fry. Add flour and stirred until it dissolves well in the fat. Add milk all at once and, stirred continuously until homogenized. Then add the feta cheese and egg, stir until ready egg and removed from the heat. The mess is served sprinkled with feta cheese, lump butter and paprika optional.
