Milk salad with meat Melnik

Submitted by enr on 25 Mar 2008
Ingredients
300 g of white chicken meat
200 g ham
1/2 cucumber - 300 g
10 young (baby) marinated corn
50 g walnuts
400 g yoghurt
salt
2 pinches of black pepper
Method
Chicken meat is boiled and allowed to cool. Ham cut into small cubes or if carve - short strips and put in a deep bowl. Cucumber is peeled, cut into thin crescents (cut in two and cut thinly) and added to the ham. Corn cut into thick slices about 1 cm with half walnuts, crushed or ground in large pieces and place in a bowl. Already cold chicken, cut into short slices, put it in the bowl with the other products, add a little salt and mix well. Add the milk and stir nice. Sprinkle with pepper and remaining walnuts - finely ground. The salad has nothing to do with Melnik, except that I worked there and I prepared this salad experimentally, then all they tasted her included in the menu, and became a brand name and specialty:)
