Mish-mash with mushrooms

Ingredients
7-8 green peppers
1/3 cup sunflower oil
2-3 red tomatoes
300 g fresh mushrooms
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2-3 eggs
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt
Method
Baked, peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into small pieces peppers. Fry them in the oil with peeled and grated tomatoes. A lid stew over medium heat about 15 minutes. Separately in salted water boil the chopped mushrooms. Drain them and add to stewed peppers and tomatoes. Boil 10 minutes with the lid on, then remove the casing and when the water boil off, add the crumbled feta cheese and beaten eggs. Sprinkle with parsley.
