Moussaka lamb with spinach

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
3 onions
1 kg spinach
2 tbsp butter
1tsp flour
parsley
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
Method
The meat is cut into portions and fry with 2 heads of finely chopped onion, salt and pepper. Separately boil the spinach, drain and fry in butter cow with a head finely chopped onion, flour and chopped parsley. In the manner of meat tray, top cover with spinach. Pour hot water and bake in a moderate oven. When moussaka is ready pour the beaten egg with yogurt and returned to the oven until browned.
