Mousse Stracciatella

Ingredients
200 g cream
130 g cottage cheese
60 g of powdered sugar
30 g of dark chocolate
# For Kroc:
70 g almonds and hazelnuts
100 g sugar

Method
Almonds and hazelnuts are roasted slightly in a Teflon vessel and then transferred to another bowl. Sugar is caramelized and add nuts, stir and remove from fire. Allow to cool and then was divided into pieces. The cottage cheese and sugar is broken down, and add cream, stirring gently. Then added and the grated chocolate and stir good. Musa is divided into bowls. Serve sprinkled with caramelized nuts and chocolate.
