Method
Involved dough. Allow to rise for about 1 hour. After having risen disc was mixed again and divided into three equal parts. Attention is a very small ball center (the tennis ball). Each of the balls are rolled and brushed with melted butter. Two Roll sheets are placed one over the other and are rolled again less, sectioned through the middle of 4 and then each quarter once more (to give 8 triangles). Each of them is wound as a roll and arrange around the ball. The remaining crust is rolled, smeared with butter and rolled. Roll also cut 8 small rolls and rank between the outer sides of the rolls. Leave to rise again. Smeared with yolk remains optional and are sprinkled with sesame or poppy. Bake at 200 C to standby as cover not to burn. The flowers are made by paying a small ball and mix with a little flour on a firm dough. The ball is rolled into a thin crust and it cut flowers or figurines to decorate. Stick to the bread with egg yolk.

in the picture does not look bad at all

I do not agree with vani, that the bread is not good! I made it, as I've added to the product of milniq, only 1. L. Vinegar and 2 pinches of baking soda. Bread is nice! I suggest not to write similar comments after untested recipe!
