Pakoras

Ingredients
1 eggplant
1 onion
2 zucchini
3 potatoes
2 carrots
150 g of chickpea flour (chickpea)
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
Method
Chickpea flour is mixed with seasoning, gradually add water and prepare the dough (such as cream or batter). Vegetables are cut into circles. Each piece is immersed in the dough and fry in heated sunflower oil until golden. Serve with Indian sour-sweet sauce.

to, and can, so to speak, in Israel chickpeas says humus, but is otherwise the same

can be served with a simple sauce to-cup of yogurt, add 1 tablespoon crushed garlic and ginger. mix well. Goes great with hot pakoras
