  • For the base:
  • Add to shopping list1/2 cup butter
  • Add to shopping list1/4 cup sugar
  • Add to shopping list1/3 cup cocoa
  • Add to shopping list1 large egg
  • Add to shopping list1 tsp vanilla
  • Add to shopping list2 cup (200 g) crushed Graham crackers or other dry biscuits or rusks tasteless
  • Add to shopping list1 cup coconut
  • Add to shopping list1/2 cup walnuts
  • For the filling:
  • Add to shopping list1/4 cup butter
  • Add to shopping list2-3 tbsp milk or cream
  • Add to shopping list2 tbsp starch Vanilla
  • Add to shopping list1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Add to shopping list2 cup powdered sugar
  • Add to shopping list115 g chocolate, chopped
  • Add to shopping list1 tbsp butter
Preparation method
For the first layer: In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Beat the sugar and cocoa powder and gradually beaten egg. Stir until thickening (1-2 minutes). The pan is removed from the heat and the contents mixed with vanilla, coconut the walnuts and crackers. Pour the mixture into the pan, cover, and cooled in a refrigerator for about 1 hour.

To cut good dessert is left at room temperature for 25 minutes before eating to not break a chocolate and use a sharp knife.
