Perushtenska salsa

Ingredients
4 kg soft red tomatoes
5-6 cloves garlic
2 bunches of parsley
salt
3-4 aspirin tablets

Method
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and grind them. Chopped parsley. Crushed garlic. Add them to tomato juice with crushed aspirin and salt. Stir well, loose them in jars to throat closing with plastic caps and go home in a cool, dark place.
