Pita with tomatoes and salo

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
15 g yeast
1 cup (200 ml) milk
3 tbsp pork lard
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
5-6 tomatoes
150 g salo
salt
savory
pepper
parsley
Method
Of flour, yeast, fuzzy in lukewarm water, milk, sugar, salt and vegetable oil knead dough. Leave to rise and spread in a greased baking dish with butter. Top rank tomatoes, cut into slices, and salo, cut into pieces and sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper. Cake baked in a hot oven. Serve warm with herbs and salt.
