Ingredients
# For the dough:
20 g yeast
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
flour as necessary
# For the filling:
green olives with peppers
sausage
mushrooms
400 g cheese
2 eggs
tomato paste or tomato chutney
Method
Yeast dissolves in the water and mix a medium soft dough which needs no leavening. Divide 5-6 balls pan diameter 26 cm. Each ball is rolled out and spread in a buttered and floured pan. Spread with the tomato paste and rank products filling. Cut into 4 and sprinkle with plenty of cheese. Bake in preheated oven until ready to cheese. For those who ordered eggs over stuffing chopped 2 eggs, sprinkle with cheese and bake.
