Pork with apples and maple syrup

Ingredients
600 g pork loin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar
2 apples cleaned sliced ​​
1 clove garlic crushed
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
Method
The meat is cut into pieces with a thickness of 3 cm. Fry on both sides until brown in a frying pan. Remove and leave the country. Apples fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. Add garlic, maple syrup, vinegar and 3 tbsp water. After boiling, the meat is back in the pan with the sauce it. Stir until simmer. The sauce has become thick. Add mustard and served with rice.
