Pork chops under cover

Ingredients
4-5 chops
5-6 fleshy peppers
1-2 chilies
2 large onions
1-2 carrots
1-2 gherkins
1-2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup red wine
flour
parsley
salt
pepper
allspice
bay leaf
sunflower oil
Method
Chops are crushed with salt and pepper, rolled in flour and fry in oil bath. In the same oil fry 1 onion cut into crescent crescents of carrots, peppers and cucumbers finely. In clay pot on the bottom pour the second onion finely chopped and stacked lining steaks, among others, sprinkles stewed vegetable mixture. If necessary, pour the separated fat. Tomato paste is diluted with a little water, wine and flour two mixtures are mixed, stirred until a thin sauce that is poured over the steak, put the lid on and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour. Add hot peppers, spices, a little wine or hot water, put the lid and stew for another half hour.
