Pork fillet with mushrooms

Ingredients
600 g pork tenderloin
2 onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup flour
300 g fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 Art. pepper
1/3 cup grated cheese
Method
Salt meat as a whole is sprayed with lemon juice and cover with sliced ​​onions. In a closed vessel was kept in the refrigerator at least 10 hours, then cut into portions which are pressed into a mixed salt with flour and then fry in very hot oil. Portions arrange in a baking dish. Cut small pieces of mushroom sauté with the butter and sprinkle on the steaks. Sprinkle the dish with salt and pepper, then with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven for 4-5 minutes.
