Pork steaks in Italian

Ingredients
2-3 cut into very thin sirloin steak
1 clove garlic
flour
1 lemon
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
olive oil or butter

Method
Steaks are lightly crushed and smeared Split with garlic clove. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Rolled in flour on both sides, then fry for 2 minutes on each side in a hot olive oil. Before you remove the steaks from the fire pour the juice from the lemon. Fry 1-2 minutes more and they are ready.
