Potato overcaps white sauce

Ingredients
10 small potatoes
60 g butter
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Potatoes are washed well with brush and without peel is cut across the two. Arrange in a baking dish with cut side down. On them shall be distributed butter, sprinkle with salt and bake in preheated oven. Ready potatoes are flooded with a mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt. On top sprinkle with pepper and parsley.
