Potato roll

Ingredients
2 kg potatoes
3 eggs
4-5 tbsp flour
1 tsp savory
# For the filling:
250 g minced meat mixture
1 onion
100 g mushrooms
2-3 pickles
1 carrot of pickled vegetables
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp Pikantina (seasoning for dishes and soup)
100 g cheese
bread crumbs
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and blend. Mix eggs (leave a egg white spreads above), flour, salt and savory. Katofenata mixture raztila on nylon coated with sunflower oil.
