Potato roll with spinach

Ingredients
600-700 g potatoes
3 eggs
500 g spinach
150 g feta cheese
flour
breadcrumbs
Salt
pepper
sunflower oil
2 scallions

Method
Cook potatoes and Strain. Add one egg, salt, pepper and a few tablespoons of flour to yield a dough. Finely chopped onion and sauté spinach with a little sunflower oil. Remove from heat and add chopped boiled eggs, crumbled feta cheese, salt and pepper. Potato dough spread on foil, top distributed spinach and turns to roll. Place in form, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Roll smeared with sunflower oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a hot oven until browned.
