Potatoes with cottage cheese

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
750 g potatoes
125 g butter
cumin
salt
pepper
Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in salted water, then drain and pour in the melted butter. The cottage cheese is diluted with a little water, seasoned to taste with salt, ground black pepper and cumin, then pour over the potatoes. Serve with salad season.
