Ingredients
500 g lean beef
250 g salo
125 g green peas or beans
100 g garlic salami
250 g carrots
1 onion
1 sprig of marjoram
salt
pepper
1 bay sheet
M Allspice
5-6 peppercorns
# Meatballs:
40 g salo
50 g ham
2 eggs
meat broth
1 sprig parsley
1 clove garlic
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
Method
Beef with salo, spices and soaked overnight peas are flooded with water and boil until they become semi. Add sausage, diced carrots, chopped onion, bay leaves, grains of pepper and all continue to boil until ready. Ham, salo, garlic and parsley finely chopped and mixed with scrambled eggs, a little meat broth and bread crumbs. The blend formed meatballs. Fried to golden yellow coloring in a large amount of vegetable oil. Before presenting put into the finished soup.
