Ingredients
500 g potatoes
4 tbsp grated cheese (cheese)
4 tbsp breadcrumbs (flour)
60 g butter
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
salt

Method
Washed potatoes are boiled in water and still warm Peel. Leave to cool and the grated. Add the beaten egg yolks, milk, salt and grated cheese (cheese).
