stuffing of your choice - cream, apples or other

Method
The dough is cut into small squares 7x7. With a sharp knife make incisions at the four corners. In the middle put the filling and corners to wrap and press. Bake at 220 C until golden. Podarachetata sprinkled with powdered sugar.
