Puree roasted peppers with cheese

Ingredients
4 (200 g) peppers
1/4 cup (50 g) crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp (20 ml) milk
parsley

Method
Peppers are roasted and peeled, cleaned of seeds and crushed in a wooden mortar. Add the feta cheese, broken with milk and parsley. The mixture is formed into an appropriate dish beautifully. It can be smeared bread slices (such as sandwiches).

It is great! You can also add a little spice to taste.

It is very tasty, I have prepared with roasted red peppers, added a little olive oil, dry garlic and salt to taste.
