Ingredients
1 kg apples
150 g tea biscuits
125 g butter
100 g of powdered sugar
2 vanilla
500 g cream
150 g granulated sugar
Method
Peel and grate the apples. The butter and sugar, beat until graying. Add apples, finely chopped cookies and vanilla. Mix everything well and pour into a rectangular baking dish. Beat the cream with the sugar and pour over apple mixture. Leave in a refrigerator to solidify. Cut into small squares.
