Rabbit medallions

Ingredients
1 rabbit back
60 g butter
4 small onions
50 g ham
100 g mushrooms
50 g cream
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
1/3 cup (70 ml) broth
8 juniper berries
lemon
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
flour
Method
The meat is boned, cut into medallions, crushed slightly, add salt is sprinkled with pepper, lemon juice, minced meat juniper grains and flour. In some of the butter fry the finely chopped onion and cut into julienne ham, add the medallions and also fry. Pour wine, cook for 5 minutes, add the cleaned whole mushrooms and broth and sauté 5 minutes. Cream is vazvaryava and added to rabbit. The medallions are sprinkled with breadcrumbs, pour with butter and place for a few minutes in low oven.
