Ingredients

1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 red onions
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
salt, oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 bunch parsley

Method
Onions and garlic are finely and fry in olive oil. Peppers cut into cubes and put in the onions to stew, then add the washed rice and fry until translucent. Season with oregano, cumin and salt, add the red beans. When the mixture boil pour 600 ml hot water and pour into baking pan. Bake at 200 ° C until ready rice. Sprinkle with parsley. Suitable for main dish and garnish.
