Roasted peppers puree

Ingredients
700 g roasted peppers (maybe from the freezer or canned)
500 g yogurt
250 g feta cheese Dunavia
2-3 cloves garlic
oil
parsley for sprinkling

Method
The feta pass a cheese with milk and garlic. Add chopped peppers and a little olive oil. Decorate with parsley.

instead of parsley put dill

That will do for a salad tonight, thanks for the idea!

It is very tasty, but I felt liquid used for power. Blender. Next time will squish with hand :)
