Roasted red cabbage

Ingredients
1 cabbage
500 g sour apples
500 g onion
50 g salo
4 skinless sausages
3/4 cup (150 ml) red wine
vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
2 red peppers
garlic
parsley
pepper
mint
ground clovesche
orange peel
salt
Method
Cleaned cabbage and peppers cut into thin strips, cleaning apples and onions - wheels, salo - cubes and all ranks of rows in a deep saucepan. Each line individually add salt, sprinkle with pepper, lightly sweetened, pour the wine and vinegar and bake in a low oven. The skinless sausages are placed twenty minutes before dopichaneto. To cabbage can be added and bone of smoked breasts.
