Rolls stuffed with olives

Ingredients
1 kg pork
4 tbsp mayonnaise
200 g chicken mince
100 g salo
1 bunch parsley
100-150 g olives pitted
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is Wash and dry. In the middle of the incision is made so as to obtain a flat film. Hammer rub with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Minced meat which is filling flavor to your liking. Spread over the meat in a thin layer. Top place thin slices salo. Sprinkle with parsley and arrange the olives purposes. The meat is rolled up, the ends are pinned onto a toothpick. Wind up in foil and bake about an hour to 220 C. Fthe oil is then removed to seal the top.
