Ingredients
1 kg cock
200 g bulgur
1-2 onions
40 g butter
40 ml sunflower oil
1-2 tomatoes
1 tsp paprika
1 cube chicken broth
pepper
Method
Cock is washed and cut into portions. Place in a pan with melted butter. Add the oil and a little water and meat stew to pinking. Add chopped onions, which also stew until golden and red pepper. All sprinkled with cube broth and pour boiling water. Boil close the lid tight container until the meat is tender. Then add the washed, pre-soaked and drained bulgur. When the dish is almost ready, add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with pepper.
