50 g buckwheat
50 g cottage cheese

Buckwheat boiled with water in a ratio of 1: 4 15-20 minutes or soak the evening boiling water in a ratio of 1: 3. The prepared buckwheat is drained of water and is mixed with the cottage cheese, add salt and garlic optional. The salad is served slightly chilled or at room temperature.
