Garlic bread

Ingredients
500 g flour
7 g dry yeast
salt
300 ml warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
25-30 g soft butter
2 cloves garlic
thyme, basil, fenugreek
feta cheese, cheese

Method
In a bowl, sift the flour with the yeast and salt. In hot water, dissolve the honey and olive oil (if honey is put candied 1/2 tbsp) and add to the flour. Knead into a soft dough does not stick to your fingers, knead is around 10 minutes. Allow to floured Court to rise for about 45 minutes to 1 hour (should double in volume).
