Ingredients
6 kg of cucumbers
3.5 kg onions
600 ml vinegar
500 ml sunflower oil
150 g salt
20 g pepper
20 g allspice
10 g bay leaf
Method
Pickles thoroughly wash with a brush and cut into circles with thickness 6-8 mm. onions are cleaned by protecting leaves, washed and cut into circles with thickness 3-4 mm. In a suitable container sliced ​​cucumbers and onions, salt and mix well. In the jars are placed in 50 ml vinegar, 60 ml sunflower oil, 4-5 peppercorns, 2-3 grains allspice and 1 bay leaf. Then fill the jars tightly with vegetable mixture by compaction. Closed and sterilized for 20 minutes. The products are 10 jars of 1 liter.
