Salad Strasbourg

Ingredients
200 g cheese
200 g smoked skinless sausages
1 small onion head
2-3 pickles
1/2 lemon
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
pepper
salt
Method
Cut the onion into thin strips, pickles and cheese - cubes and the skinless sausages - circles. All the ingredients are stirred. The salad is seasoned with a sauce made from vegetable oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Formed in a serving plate and garnish optional.
