Method
Sift the flour, add 250 ml milk, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp melted butter, 2 tbsp cream and knead dough. Divide into 20 portions. Each roll of a circle with a diameter of 6 cm. The ends are clipped and slightly raised up one centimeter. Boiled potatoes Strain with 50 ml milk, add 1 tbsp butter, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp cream and stir well. Potato mixture with a spoon is placed in the dough stars. Top is brushed with egg broken with cream and bake in the oven until golden.
