Sauerkraut with meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg sauerkraut
1 stalk leek
2 carrots
1-2 dried chillies (optional)
salt, paprika
3-4 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
# For the meatballs :
200 g of minced meat ham
80 g rice
4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
paprika, black pepper, fenugreek and salt-taste
flour

Method
Ground meat mixed with rice, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, spices and mix well. From the resulting mixture shape balls that roll in flour and set aside. Sauerkraut cut into thin strips, chopped leeks, carrots wheels and stew in a pot with olive oil and a little water. When the cabbage is tender, add the meatballs, salt, paprika, powdered chillies and more water. Cook on low heat for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. The meal should remain thick.

Orris, nice cooked meal that you liked how it looks! And if you do not like sauerkraut, you can replace it with fresh, I think I'll get :)
