Semolina halva with milk

Ingredients
400 ml milk
200 g sugar
150 g butter
200 g semolina
100 g walnuts (chopped)
50 g raisins
cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

Method
The butter melts in wide effuse court added the walnuts and raisins and gently fry. Add semolina and fry until golden on low heat. It gets cooked milk with sugar and carefully pour in the semolina and stir continuously on low heat until the mixture begins to separate from the walls of the court and start making paths. Maha from heat, cover with a towel and was capped, so leave until cool. Serve crushed with a fork and sprinkled with cinnamon, I serve it with sweet or fields with fruit topping.
