Ingredients
5 (1 kg) pork chops
1-2 heads (150 g) onion
4-5 (250 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 g) lard
1 bunch parsley
5 chili peppers
salt
pepper
Method
Chops baked on a plate. Tomatoes and onions, chopped, sauté in oil until soft. Add Hot peppers, parsley, black pepper and salt to taste. Upon presentation of the steaks over and under them put stewed mixture.

And what then baked on a plate? Pan I like to bake them?
Great idea for steak sauce. I missed hot peppers and added sweet, too much fat slowed. Became a wonder we like.
Plate I guess given sach (such clay, great-grandfather of the pan). You of course the pan, no problem.
