Shpikovan fried liver

Ingredients
800 g liver
8 strips of smoked brisket or salo
2-3 cloves garlic
flour
frying fat
salt
pepper
2 onions
4 large tomatoes
steamed rice
Method
The cleaned liver cut into slices with a thickness of 1 finger shpikova with thin strips of smoked brisket and chopped garlic, add some flour and fry in very hot oil until light brown (do not preparzhva, because it is dry) out in bowls on steamed rice, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Garnish with roasted onion and tomato slices and pour the grease from frying.
