Shrimp in balsamic

Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1 bay leaf, crushed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
560 g trimmed, cleaned shrimp
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
Olive oil is heated, add the garlic cloves, bay leaves and paprika. Stir, then the fire increases slightly. Add shrimp. With shrimp pan is shaken with rotating movements. Add balsamic vinegar. The mixture was left standing for 4-5 minutes in order to evaporate the acid. Is then removed from the heat and add the parsley. Serve immediately. If you want you can try the shrimp and chilled.
