Shrimp in coconut milk with pineapple

Ingredients
20 prawns
2 red peppers
1/2 pineapple (250-300 g)
3 cloves garlic
white part of scallions 2
1 green part of scallions
50 g cashew
150 ml coconut milk
1/3 cup white wine
10 tbsp olive oil
salt
Method
The core of the pineapple is removed, the inner portion is removed, the rest is cut into cubes. Cut shrimp and sprinkle with salt to taste. Fry in a wok with preheated 6 tbsp olive oil until golden brown. Onions and garlic are finely chopped, pepper - to pieces. After deduction of shrimp in the same pan heat 4 tbsp olive oil more and briefly fry the onion, garlic, cashews and peppers. Salt, pour white wine, add the cubes of pineapple, coconut milk and 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water. Once zakakri return shrimp. Mix and when done served in hollowed out pineapple halves.
