Slivers of green beans

Ingredients
500 g green beans
1 bunch green onions
# breading:
2 eggs
1/2 bunch parsley
100 g breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
# For garnish:
200 g cottage cheese
2-3 cloves garlic
salt, pepper and parsley
400 g yogurt
Slivers of green beans

Method
Green beans are cleaned and blanched with feathers of green onions. Take 4-5 green fasulcheta and using feather onions are tied bundle. Dip in beaten eggs, seasoned with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Then rolled in breadcrumbs and fry until golden. The cottage cheese is mixed with garlic and spices. Both ends of the strands are rolled into the cottage cheese and scatter with parsley. Serve with yogurt podlucheno.

interesting proposal. Will try it with canned beans that have no fresh now. But I like the idea and have no patience to feel the result.
