Fried zucchini with crispy crust

Method
Wash the courgettes and cut into thin rings. Add salt and stacked upright in tray to drain the juice them. The flour was triturated with a little water and a pinch of salt to a thick slurry (slightly thicker than pancake batter). Courgettes are dipped in this mixture and fry in heated sunflower oil until browned. Grind garlic with a little salt, add lemon juice to taste and chopped dill. Fried zucchini are flooded with it.

Salt Roll them in flour or a mixture of flour and breadcrumbs. Leave the circles on each other a long time, ordered several bowl. They absorb moisture and then when frying oil is not black and not zagarcha. Instead of lemon juice put vinegar. Instead of fried zucchini can bake.
