Soup with buckwheat and cottage cheese

Ingredients
3 potatoes
3 tbsp buckwheat
1 carrot
3 tbsp cottage cheese
handful of vermicelli
1 cube chicken broth
parsley

Method
Buckwheat be washed under running water, carrots and potatoes cleaned and cut into cubes. So prepared products with the cottage cheese are covered with about 1.5 liters of water and boil for about 15 minutes. To add boiling soup noodles and broth cube. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Each serving sprinkle with parsley.
